Follow these steps to request the verification email be resent:
- Go to “Log in” and try to log in.
- You will get this message: "There has been an error in verifying your email address. Please try again and if it still doesn't work, ask us to send you a new verification code."
- Click on the link: "Resend verification email".
- You will receive an email to confirm your email address (if you can't see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk messages folder).
- Click "Confirm your email" and away you go!
If you can't verify your email or there is an error, contact us via Help and support explaining your problem and attaching screenshots of the error.
