What’s involved?

The programme consists of 5 seminars and a career trek to a European employer. Career treks are career exploration experiences which centre on a two-day visit to a European country where you will visit a range of organisations. They are designed to give you a practical understanding of the daily life within a complex organisation. You will have the opportunity to expand your professional network, learn more organisations and enhance your employability skills.

The highest achieving University of Liverpool Management School MSc students will be selected to take part.  Selected students will attend a specially designed set of employability and leadership events and seminars

What’s involved?

The programme consists of 5 seminars and a career trek to a European employer. Career treks are career exploration experiences which centre on a two-day visit to a European country where you will visit a range of organisations. They are designed to give you a practical understanding of the daily life within a complex organisation. You will have the opportunity to expand your professional network, learn more organisations and enhance your employability skills.


The visit will be outside of the UK but within the EU and it will involve a 2 night stay.

Please note that this opportunity if for The University of Liverpool Management School MSc students. Application is by invitation only.


The five x 2 hour seminars will take place during semester 2 of the 2019/20 academic year. The Career Trek to Brussels will take place 1st-3rd July 2020.

    Selection is based on semester 1 results. The top performing student/s from each programme will be invited to take part.
